After years of testing, development and several years on the market, RT Pro has proven to have the best replacement spring options for today's UTV's. This option is for the Can Am Commander MAX using XT style OEM non-reservoir style shocks. This is a RT Pro true Dual Rate Kit for the rear, which gives a substantial improvement in ride quality while improving handling as well at G-out resistance. The front is a single rate spring because in extensive testing, we weren't able to find enough gains to add the cost of dual rates for this shock.

We've found the perfect combination of spring length to rate ratio and are very happy with our results. This kit is for all four corners of the machine. It provides a short spring, a long spring and a delrin spacer for each rear shock. and also adapter rings for all shocks to change over to a 2.5" I.D. spring. The secret is in our short springs. We've found a perfect universal rate which allows us to custom tailor our long springs, (which determines the final rate of the suspension) to each individuals needs.

RATES

After extensive testing we found one kit seems to cover almost the entire range of scenarios. Only after about 1000 lbs of additional weight does the MAX need any heavier rate. We offer two spring rate options to cover everyone:

NOTE: We highly recommend using our Commander Lift / Shock Relocation Kit for optimal spring performance on your MAX.

  • Standard - Best overall kit. Works for 95% of all Customers. Works best with average cargo and passenger weight up to 1,000 lbs. combined weight.
  • Heavy Duty - Best option for very heavy machines with LOTS of cargo and passenger weight. Only use if you carry OVER 1,000 lbs. in cargo/passengers the majority of the time. Rides stiff when unloaded.

Freight & Large Item Shipping

Wheels, tires, and oversized items typically ship via freight truck.

  • Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window.
  • Signature Required: An adult must be present to inspect and sign for freight shipments.
  • Inspection Policy: You MUST inspect the pallet and items for damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If items are damaged, note the damage on the receipt before the driver leaves, or refuse the shipment.

At American Fusion Wheels, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure you get the perfect fit for your vehicle. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

15-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • All accessories, hardware, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Mounted or installed wheels or tires (once a tire is mounted on a wheel, it is considered used).
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items (items not kept in our local inventory).
  • Clearance, "Open Box," or discounted items.
  • Electrical components (TPMS sensors, lighting, etc.).
  • Labor, installation, or service charges.

Wheels & Tires Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming proper fitment before purchase.

  • American Fusion Wheels is not responsible for returns due to incorrect fitment once items are mounted or installed.
  • If you are modifying your suspension (lifting or lowering), fitment requirements may change.
  • We strongly recommend contacting our team before purchasing if you are unsure about sizing, offset, or bolt patterns.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility — you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Do not attempt to install a damaged or incorrect part, as installation constitutes acceptance of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the brands we carry offer specific warranties on finishes and structural integrity. If you experience a defect after the 15-day return window, we will gladly assist you in facilitating a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of the item being inspected at our facility.
  • The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases

Return eligibility for in-store purchases follows the same policy and must be approved by management. Returns for in-store purchases must be brought back to our Shawnee, KS location.
