Truck Off-Road Builds
Full-size and mid-size trucks are increasingly popular off-road platforms. We build Ford F-150s with Raptor-style suspension using Fox coilovers and adjustable upper control arms. Ram 1500 and 2500 trucks receive BDS and Rough Country lifts with 35 and 37-inch tires that handle both Kansas mud and Colorado mountain passes. Chevy Silverado Trail Boss and ZR2 Colorado models get complementary upgrades that enhance their factory off-road equipment. Every truck build accounts for the vehicle's weight, towing requirements, and daily use.
Ford Bronco Builds
The new Ford Bronco has earned its place alongside the Wrangler as a top off-road platform. We install Icon, BDS, and Rough Country suspension systems, Method and Fuel wheels, and steel bumpers from ARB and Warn. The Bronco's mix of independent front suspension with available solid rear axle (on two-door and four-door base models) requires specific component selection. Our technicians understand the Bronco platform's unique mounting points and electronic stability systems.

Do you build off-road trucks as well as Jeeps?
Yes. While Jeeps are a large part of our business, we build off-road trucks regularly. Ford F-150 Raptor and Tremor, Ram 1500 and 2500, Chevy Silverado Trail Boss and ZR2, Toyota Tacoma and Tundra — we install suspension lifts, wheels, tires, armor, and lighting on all major truck platforms. Each truck has its own suspension design, and we select components engineered for your specific make and model.
Can you build a Ford Bronco for off-road use?
The sixth-generation Ford Bronco has quickly become one of our most popular off-road platforms alongside the Wrangler. We install lift kits from Icon, BDS, and Rough Country, along with bumpers, rock sliders, and wheel-tire packages designed for the Bronco's independent front suspension and solid rear axle (or IRS on Bronco Sport). The Bronco Raptor is a particular specialty — we complement its factory capability with armor and recovery gear.
What Toyota off-road builds do you offer?
Toyota 4Runner and Tacoma builds are popular in our shop. We install Old Man Emu, Icon, Bilstein, and Fox suspension systems along with wheels from Method, Fuel, and Relations Race Wheels. Tacoma builds often include bed racks for overlanding, while 4Runner builds focus on suspension travel and armor for trail running. The fifth-gen 4Runner's body-on-frame design takes well to traditional lift kits and skid plates.
How much does an off-road truck build cost?
Truck off-road builds start around three thousand dollars for a leveling kit, wheels, and tires. Mid-range builds with a four to six-inch suspension lift, 35-inch tires, and a bumper run six to ten thousand. Full builds with coilover suspension, regearing, armor, and lighting can exceed fifteen thousand. Every build receives a written estimate before we start, and financing options are available for qualifying customers.
Do you work on older off-road vehicles like the XJ Cherokee or Land Cruiser?
We do. Classic off-road platforms like the Jeep Cherokee XJ, Toyota Land Cruiser 80 and 100 series, Nissan Xterra and Patrol, and first-gen Broncos are welcome in our shop. Parts availability can vary for older vehicles, but we have supplier relationships that cover most aftermarket suspension, bumper, and wheel options for classic off-road rigs.
