Ford built the 6th-gen Bronco with serious off-road capability from the factory, but every trim level has room to grow. The Sasquatch package is one of our favorite starting points because it already includes 35-inch tires, front and rear locking differentials, and Bilstein position-sensitive shocks. We enhance Sasquatch Broncos with aftermarket bumpers, rock sliders, winches, upgraded lighting, and skid plates to make them truly trail-ready. Even a base-model Bronco can be transformed into a capable off-road machine with the right lift, wheels, and armor.

Bronco Lift Kits

The Bronco's suspension architecture shares DNA with the Jeep Wrangler JL — both are solid front axle (SFA) competitors designed from the ground up for off-road duty. We install lift kits from Rough Country, BDS, Icon, ReadyLIFT, and Fabtech. The most common Bronco lifts are 2 to 3.5 inches, using coilover upgrades or spacer lifts that maintain factory ride quality while adding clearance for bigger tires and obstacles. Every lift kit installation at our Shawnee shop includes a full 4-wheel alignment at no extra charge.

Wheels & Tires for Ford Bronco

The Bronco uses a 6x139.7 bolt pattern, giving you access to a wide range of custom wheels from Method, Fuel, KMC, and Black Rhino. We carry 17-inch beadlock and non-beadlock options purpose-built for off-road use. The Bronco is one of the easiest platforms for big tires — 35-inch tires fit with minimal modification, and 37-inch tires fit cleanly with a 2.5 to 3.5 inch lift and proper wheel offset. Tire brands include BFGoodrich KO2, Nitto Ridge Grappler, Toyo Open Country, Falken Wildpeak, and Mickey Thompson Baja Boss. We pair every tire install with road force balancing for a smooth, vibration-free ride on the highway.

We install steel front and rear bumpers from ADD (Addictive Desert Designs), Warn, ARB, and DV8 — stubby, mid-width, and full-width options with integrated winch mounts. Rock sliders, skid plates, and differential guards keep your undercarriage and rocker panels intact when you are crawling over rocks on Kansas trails or navigating rough terrain.
